J&J ASP Endoscope
Background:
Johnson & Johnson™ recently acquired the brand ASP™ which specialises in the sterilisation and general maintenance of endoscopes and other lifesaving surgical equipment. As the industry's infection prevention leader, ASP™ is focused on helping to ensure the safest possible environments for patients and their families, healthcare workers, providers and communities.
The Challenge:
Johnson & Johnson™ were seeking an interactive experience for international ASP™ training groups. Prior to commissioning a bespoke App, ASP™ wished to pilot the new concept across Europe and acquire valuable operational feedback from dedicated focus groups.
The Solution:
Travis deduced that an interactive PDF would be the most cost-effective solution and provide a platform fit for purpose. After researching features and multiple licensing overheads for ASP™, the latest version of Acrobat Pro™ was purchased in-house and thoroughly tested. Acrobat Pro™ also provided an invaluable 'cloud based portal' where all market research could be collated and shared, with respect to refining a credible application ready for the global domain.
Status: Presently in the final stages of European testing, with base iOX development initiated
