cross-g Branding
Background:
Established in June 1978, Cross Graphics Limited are international suppliers of new and used press equipment, primarily supplying specialist turnkey solutions to the newspaper industry on a grand scale.
Cross Graphics have a network of international agents and have installed literally hundreds of used web printing presses, together with a wide range of new products.
The Challenge:
The existing Cross Graphics website was ineffective across most modern web browsers and required a complete rethink from the ground up. What’s more, the company were incurring third party servicing fees on a monthly basis and required a modern cost-effective solution where their international sales team could directly list new equipment and manage enquiries on the fly. All supporting associated branding required bringing firmly into the 21st century and a new exciting buzz around the company engaged.
The Solution:
Client expectation VS budget across this project was particularly high. After achieving an intrinsic vision of how the international sales team operated and deciphering ‘mission-critical’ needs against ‘nice-to-haves’, a bespoke solution was devised.
The Benefits:
Front & Back-end requirements processed, wireframed and agreed.
Enquiry delegation & management system devised for sales and senior management team.
Ecommerce preparation, CMS and database controls initiated.
Transfer of extensive existing content migrated to new platform.
New branding initiative including logo, strap-line and guidelines.
